Join the team as a Customer Service & Receptionist and take responsibility for coordinating communication between the client and various DHL departments, while supporting both customer service and on-site reception activities. The role combines customer service, operational support and reception responsibilities. Communication will take place via email, ticketing systems and telephone. You will be responsible for investigating issues, coordinating actions, providing effective solutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The position requires full on-site presence due to the reception responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handle customer inquiries and ticketing requests
- Investigate SAP and operational issues
- Coordinate communication between the client and DHL teams
- Follow up on customer requests and pending issues
- Support reception, receive and manage visitors
Working hours
You will work in a day shift from Monday till Friday
- 8:00 - 4:30 pm

- Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system is considered an advantage

Wat wij bieden
- Initial on-the-job training provided by the company
- Hourly wage of 15,83 €
- Additionally an IKB allowance of € 0.41 for hours worked between 6:00 and 18:00
- 8% holiday allowance
- 150% pay rate for work on Saturdays
- 200% pay rate for work on Sundays and public holidays
- Travel allowance of up to €9.30 per day
- Long-term full-time employment in a day shift system
- Between 38 and 40 working hours per week
