As a Production Employee, you support the production lines during your shift and help keep the process organised. You make sure materials are ready, assist with line preparation and work according to clear GMP rules. In general, your tasks are:
- Supporting production lines with standard operational tasks.
- Supplying materials and helping prepare the line for production.
- Assisting with set-ups, changeovers and close-down activities.
- Carrying out tasks accurately and on time according to GMP requirements.
- Helping with clear shift handovers and team coordination.
- Keeping the work area safe, clean and structured.
- Supporting different production lines and tasks when needed.
Functievereisten:
This role is a good fit if you like practical work and feel comfortable in a structured production environment. You do not need to know everything yet, but reliability, flexibility and a strong work ethic are important. You match this role if you have:
- Experience in production or manufacturing is a plus.
- Comfortable working with clear procedures and fixed instructions.
- Flexible enough to support different lines and tasks.
- Strong sense of ownership and reliability.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in 2, 3 or 5 shifts.
- Motivation to learn and develop within production.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

- Salary between €3.100,- and €3.500,- gross per month.
- Work in a 2, 3 or 5-shift schedule.
- Travel allowance of €0,29 per kilometre.
