For our Customer Services Team , based in Maastricht , we are looking for an enthusiastic employee to join our team as:
Customer Services Employee!

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Enter quotes and orders in SAP.
- First contact to customers.
- Inform customers about status of orders.
- Handle warranty, return and credit requests
- Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)
- Take care of Nordson internal requests and all other incoming requests
- Proactive order follow up
Knowledge required
- Minimum MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics).
- General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain).
- Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired.
- Fluent French or German language skills are required (writing and verbal)
- English language on a good level and any additional language, like Dutch for example, would be a plus.
- Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS-Office).
- SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge is desired
