Your Day-to-Day
As an English Airline Sales, Ticketing & Reservations Officer, you'll:
- Communicate in English with travellers and partners via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Handle flight bookings, issue tickets, manage changes, and assist with cancellations or travel disruptions.
- Use industry reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus) to find schedules, compare fares, and optimise travel plans.
- Support marketing efforts by suggesting relevant offers, upgrades, or travel enhancements that boost customer satisfaction and sales.
- Solve problems creatively, honour fare rules, and ensure travellers leave every interaction with confidence and clarity.
