Wat je gaat doen As an English-Speaking Production Worker, you will ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will set up machines, monitor product quality, and take action whenever deviations or malfunctions occur. Thanks to your technical skills and attention to detail, you will help keep the process stable and ensure that the finished products meet the required quality standards.

You will work independently on your own tasks, but you will not be working alone. Together with your fellow operators, you will help maintain production continuity and contribute ideas for improvements and process optimisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, operating, and adjusting production machinery.
• Changing machine setups when switching between production orders.
• Carrying out quality checks and recording measurement data.
• Troubleshooting malfunctions and performing minor maintenance.
• Identifying deviations and taking immediate action when necessary.
• Contributing ideas to improve and optimise the production process.
• Working closely with fellow operators within your shift team.

Wat we je bieden You will have a full-time position of 38 to 40 hours per week in a modern and sustainable production environment. You will work in a 5-shift system with a 29% shift allowance.

You have:

• An MBO level 2 or 3 qualification, preferably in a technical field.
• Experience in a production environment, preferably in the plastics industry.
• Technical insight and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• A willingness to work shifts.
• A good command of English. Basic knowledge of Dutch is an advantage, as it helps with work instructions and communication on the shop floor.
• An accurate, practical, and solution-oriented approach to work.
