Key Responsibilities
- Providing daily operational direction and coaching to an assembly team of 20 to 30 workers;
- Monitoring daily SQCDP metrics and proactively intervening to safeguard green targets;
- Ensuring workplace safety, high product quality, and smooth output within the assembly area;
- Identifying operational friction points and driving lean improvement projects on the line;
- Conducting one-on-one check-ins, performance evaluations, and attendance counseling for team members.

Who You Are You are an energetic, goal-oriented supervisor possessing a Bachelor's level of working and thinking (HBO). As the workplace is fully international, you demonstrate excellent fluency in English; command of Dutch is considered a distinct advantage.
