Steer daily operations on a cutting-edge assembly floor as a Fulltime Supervisor at this company in the Eindhoven area. In this pivotal role, you assume primary accountability for production execution, quality standards, and safety protocol enforcement. Leading a motivated workforce of 20 to 30 operators, you closely monitor SQCDP performance indicators (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People). By stepping in early to resolve operational challenges and actively developing your staff, you keep all critical key metrics in the green every day. Working closely with your team, you maintain a streamlined production line while actively contributing to long-term operational optimizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing, developing, and inspiring an assembly shift comprising 20 to 30 operators
- Securing adherence to department-wide SQCDP goals, ensuring all indicators stay in the green
- Safeguarding day-to-day workflow cadence, plant safety rules, and strict quality compliance
- Resolving production line stoppages and presenting proactive process enhancement plans
- Facilitating structured team check-ins, performance appraisals, and illness management
