• You aim for a warm welcome and smooth check-in and check-out procedure for all our guests
• You actively think about solving guests' issues and would love to learn how to provide advice and give recommendations. Thereby you look for ways to improve our Front of House services
• You like to stretch yourself through new challenges and different ways of working
• You listen and adapt to the needs of both, guests and team members.
• Friendly, calm and constructive is what people around you are saying about your personality
• You strive to deliver an individualized service that creates a brilliant first impression and will exceed their expectations throughout their stay
• You posses a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
