Employment agency Manpower is looking for a German-speaking customer service advisor for Lynk & Co in Maastricht.

Your daily ride
For Lynk & Co this is all about thinking outside of the box and creating wow-experiences. In the role of Technical Service Agent you will be in constant contact with Lynk & Co customers.

Your main superpower is offering great automotive technical service support via different communication channels, next to being a brand ambassador. Besides offering the best customer experience possible, you will mainly be dealing with providing automotive technical assistance such as:

  • Performing driver interviews
  • Coordinating service visits
  • Performing remote diagnostics
  • Ordering spare parts 

Most contact takes place via chat, social media and e-mail. Computer skills, empathy and a customer-friendly attitude are essential for this job! With these qualities you answer all customer and user questions quickly and in a customer-friendly way.

That is why, as an Engagement center Technical advisor, you are the face of Lynk & Co!

Working hours
In this full-time function you will be working from Monday till Friday between 8.00 and 17.00 hrs.


  • An mbo or EQF level 3 degree or higher
  • At least two years of experience working as a customer service agent, call centre agent or similar
  • Flexibility to work in 24/7 environment in the near future
  • Availability of at least 30 hours per week
  • Excellent command of German and good command of English, because of contact with German- and English-speaking customers
  • Up-to-date technical car knowledge and at least two years of automotive customer service experience
  • Ping pong skills appreciated but not mandatory

If you're able to speak Swedish, Dutch, French, Spanish and/or Italian, that's a great bonus, but it's not mandatory! You also preferably live in or near Maastricht, Valkenburg, Heerlen or Geleen.
