• Actively contributing to achieving team results and logistics KPIs;
• Maintaining oversight and ensuring efficient order processing;
• Creating a positive working environment where everyone can perform at their best;
• Acting as the main point of contact and role model for your team;
• Motivating and supporting your team in their personal and professional development.
