This is what you will do as a Logistics Team LeaderAs a Logistics Team Leader, you are the driving force behind the logistics process. You are not tied to a desk; instead, you are present on the work floor, right among your team. Your responsibilities include:
- Actively contributing to achieving team results and logistics KPIs;
- Maintaining oversight and ensuring efficient order processing;
- Creating a positive working environment where everyone can perform at their best;
- Acting as the main point of contact and role model for your team;
- Motivating and supporting your team in their personal and professional development.

- Vocational education level (MBO equivalent) level of working and thinking;
- You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English;
- Proven experience in managing teams is required;
- You know how to motivate and inspire people;
- You are available to work in a 3-shift schedule.
