Functieomschrijving:
As an operator in the plastics industry, you will monitor the entire production process and work together with your team to ensure production targets are met.Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately setting up machines and monitoring the production process to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Taking immediate action when the process does not run smoothly and resolving minor technical issues to keep production running.
• Checking finished products for quality, identifying defects and ensuring that only high-quality products leave the factory.
• Keeping the work floor clean and organized. Maintaining a safe working environment for all colleagues is always a top priority.
