As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for carrying out quality inspections on both incoming and processed products. You will assess the quality of incoming batches of fruit and ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.

Your responsibilities include inspecting and sampling incoming fruit shipments, taking samples from approved deliveries, and preparing them correctly for laboratory analysis. In addition, you will inspect incoming products by monitoring temperature readings and performing CO₂ measurements.

You will also verify the labeling and documentation of incoming goods and accurately record your findings. The results of your inspections will be communicated to various stakeholders, including growers, operational managers, and customers. Furthermore, you will assist with inspections conducted by the KCB (Dutch Quality Control Bureau for Fruit and Vegetables) and maintain contact with both the laboratory and suppliers regarding the results of the quality checks.

Besides inspecting incoming goods, you will also evaluate finished products according to customer specifications. You will play an active role in ensuring quality throughout the entire production and logistics process.

• Possession of one or more P-modules (quality certification modules)
• Strong product knowledge within the fresh produce (AGF) sector
• Understanding of logistics and quality processes
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Good command of Dutch and/or English, both spoken and written
• Experience with quality inspections and product sampling
• Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and results-driven attitude
