As a Quality Control Technician (Assembly), you work closely with colleagues from Production, Engineering, Quality, and Sales. You are responsible for monitoring product quality throughout the assembly process and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met.
Your responsibilities include:
- Performing incoming inspections on supplied parts and materials (supplier quality checks);
- Inspecting products based on technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards;
- Approving or rejecting products based on inspection results;
- Preparing, coordinating, and following up on 8D reports;
- Monitoring the progress of corrective and preventive actions;
- Recording quality deviations and inspection results in ERP and QMS systems;
- Ensuring corrective actions are properly documented and implemented;
- Supporting quality investigations on the production floor;
- Handling internal and external quality complaints using the 8D methodology;
- Identifying improvement opportunities within the assembly process and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Quality Control Technician (Assembly), you are organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining high quality standards. You enjoy working with different departments and have a strong eye for detail.
You also have:
- MBO+ or Bachelor's level working and thinking ability;
- Experience with the 8D methodology, or the ability to learn it quickly;
- Experience with quality inspections and interpreting technical drawings and specifications;
- Basic knowledge of measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes;
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and ERP/QMS systems;
- A structured, accurate, and proactive approach to your work;
- Strong planning and organizational skills;
- Good communication and administrative skills.
