As a Machine Operator, you work in a modern production environment where you make sure the production process runs smoothly. You test the final products daily, check and maintain the machines, and solve minor malfunctions independently. With your keen eye, you quickly spot errors using control equipment and report machine stops. You perform product changes, such as mold conversions, and ensure everything is tested according to strict procedures. You work according to established quality systems and carefully follow Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Housekeeping guidelines. At the end of your shift, you report to the Shift Leader. You work in a 5-shift system, which means you work alternating shifts. The work environment is dynamic and you spend a lot of time on the production floor among the machines and your colleagues. You work from Monday through Sunday, according to a fixed shift schedule.
