As a productiemedewerker, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our production lines in Waddinxveen. Working in a clean and organized environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our delicious products are made, packaged, and ready for distribution. What You Will Do:
- Operate: ensure the production machines run smoothly and efficiently.
- Replenish: keep the production lines stocked with materials and ingredients as needed.
- Package: handle the packaging process, ensuring products meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot: address minor machine issues and escalate to colleagues or the technical team when necessary.
- Collaborate: work closely with your team to maintain a positive and productive atmosphere.

- An hourly salary of €14.97, with a raise after 26 weeks.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- A full-time role of 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Travel reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer.

- Weekly access to a well-stocked candy jar at work.

- Physically fit: able to lift and stand for hours.
- Enjoys working efficiently at a high tempo.
- Production experience is a plus, but not required.
- You have your own transportation towards the plant (bike or car).
