Manpower is looking for a Teamlead Assembly for a company in Enschede.
As Teamlead Assembly you are responsible for daily coordination and hands on technical execution within the assembly team. You combine leadership with practical floor work and make sure operations stay safe, efficient, and on schedule. Your impact is directly visible in team performance and product quality. Your main activities include:
- Leading and supporting a team of five to ten mechanics
- Working along on technical assembly and dismantling tasks
- Planning and organizing daily work and priorities
- Monitoring safety, quality, and progress of activities
- Acting as first point of contact on the work floor
- Training and onboarding new team members
- Adjusting planning when needed to keep delivery on track
What's in it for you
- Gross salary between € 4,500.- and € 5,500.- per month
- Reimbursement of travel costs of € 0.23 per kilometre
