Manpower is looking for a Service Account Manager for a company in Rotterdam.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing relationships with shipowners, ship operators, and repair yards across EMEA
- Owning the full end-to-end sales process for Lifecycle Services
- Developing and executing strategic service initiatives aligned with the EMEA Marine Sales strategy
- Building and actively managing a healthy sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement
- Ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience in close collaboration with internal teams
- Acting as a Lifecycle ambassador by sharing best practices and inspiring colleagues
- Translating market trends and customer needs into new or improved service offerings
- Continuously evaluating and optimizing the service portfolio and delivery quality to support growth and customer satisfaction
