Manpower is looking for a Payroll & People Admin Professional for our client in Rotterdam.

This is what you'll do

• Process monthly payroll for designated EMEA countries in collaboration with external vendors
• Ensure full compliance with local legislation and company policies
• Handle HR administration tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes
• Manage sick leave and pension documentation
• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries via the ServiceNow ticket system
• Collaborate with internal departments such as HR and Finance to streamline service delivery
• Maintain process documentation and create knowledge articles to support internal self-service
