What you'll be doing
In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of production equipment and processes. You will monitor operations, identify deviations and work closely with colleagues to resolve issues and achieve production targets. You will also contribute to improving safety, efficiency and overall plant performance.
Your responsibilities include:
- Operating, monitoring and inspecting process equipment and installations
- Monitoring process conditions, product quality and operational performance
- Following established procedures and safety guidelines
- Identifying, analysing and resolving process deviations and operational issues
- Performing inspections and field checks
- Working closely with colleagues and support departments to optimize production processes
- Carrying out minor maintenance and preventive tasks
- Ensuring effective shift handovers
- Supporting incident investigations and improvement initiatives
- Assisting in training and mentoring less experienced operators
- Contributing to continuous improvements in safety, reliability and efficiency
What's in it for you
- Gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,500
- 27.4% shift allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre (up to 75 kilometres one way)
