Your tasks include:
- Working with the ABCD account plan to drive client growth and retention.
- Monitoring KPIs, evaluating opportunities and conducting client assessments.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and accurate records in MySolution.
- Researching new markets, prospecting and onboarding new clients.
- Preparing tailored proposals, negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Re-engaging former clients, sharing market insights and boosting satisfaction and revenue.
Job Requirements:
- You possess at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- You are communicatively strong, with an excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- You have experience in a similar role in the staffing or related industry.
- You prioritize customer interests while not losing sight of business interests.
- You are a full-fledged sparring partner for both clients and your (sales) colleagues.
- You have a healthy dose of courage and drive.
