The function:
To expand our team, we are looking for an Operator for the Insulation Department. In this role, you will work with a sophisticated machine that combines two liquids to create a foam insulation material. This foam is injected into molds and, after curing, used to insulate and support pipes. You will ensure the production process runs smoothly and monitor quality.
Your responsibilities:
- Operating and setting up a foam production machine in the insulation department
- Mixing two liquids to obtain the appropriate insulating foam
- Monitoring the foam process and quality
- Pouring foam into molds and monitoring the curing process
- Processing and inspecting finished insulation components
- Working in accordance with safety and quality guidelines
Who are we looking for?
- You have technical insight and an interest in production processes
- Experience as an operator or in a similar role is a plus
- You work carefully and pay attention to quality
- You can work well independently as well as within a team
- You speak Dutch or English
- You have own accommodation
