About the job
As a Production Worker, you will help manufacture high-quality concrete elements. Your tasks include:
- Assembling concrete elements;
- Installing embedded components and fixtures;
- Pouring concrete;
- Unloading finished products;
- Operating overhead cranes and other production equipment;
- Monitoring quality and safety throughout the production process.
Every day brings new challenges, and you will work closely with a dedicated and supportive team.

What we require- Good communication skills in Dutch or English;
- Motivated and flexible attitude;
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work;
- Willingness to work occasional overtime.
- Full-time day shift (06:00-14:45)
- Hourly wage of €15.12;
- ADV allowance of €0.67 per hour;
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
- 3.5% year-end bonus;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
