As a Crop Worker , you’ll support daily greenhouse and crop care activities under the guidance of experienced team members. You will carry out a variety of technical and hands-on tasks, ensure accuracy in plant handling, and help maintain a safe and tidy work environment. You may also guide temporary workers when assigned.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of crop care activities, including sowing, watering, twisting plants, lowering plants, planting, leaf cutting, vibrating trusses, harvesting, and seed extraction
- Identify and report diseases, pests, and deviations in plant quality
- Keep the greenhouse and workspaces clean and organized
- Prepare and clean facilities before and after crop cycles
- Work accurately with large numbers of plants and follow all work orders and instructions
- Guide or supervise temporary workers during assigned tasks
- Use and operate greenhouse tools and equipment
- Use computer systems for daily work registrations
- Follow safety and phytosanitary protocols and attend mandatory safety meetings
Working days: Monday to Friday (day shift only)

- Travel allowance: €0.23 per km
- Overtime allowance of 140% above 38 hours per week
