As a Machine Operator, you are an essential part of the production process. You ensure that machines run smoothly, production targets are achieved, and quality standards remain high.
Your responsibilities include:
- Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machines
- Identifying and resolving machine malfunctions and technical issues
- Performing product and mold changes
- Carrying out daily quality inspections and production checks
- Working according to quality, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Following Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures
- Participating in daily shift handovers and team meetings with the Shift Leader
You will work in a 5-shift rotation system with an attractive schedule:
- 2 morning shifts: 06:00 – 14:00
- 2 afternoon shifts: 14:00 – 22:00
- 2 night shifts: 22:00 – 06:00
- Followed by 4 days off

Wat wij vragen
- Experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar production role
- Technical insight and strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in Dutch or English
- Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
- Own transportation (bike, scooter, or car)
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends

- Gross hourly salary between €22.60 and €25.00
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
