As a Process Operator, you will be part of an enthusiastic team of 5 to 6 colleagues. You contribute to a safe and tidy workplace by following all safety instructions. Your tasks are diverse: you convert machines, ensure installations have enough raw materials, and keep the production running smoothly. Additionally, you carry out quality checks, make adjustments where necessary, and keep the administration up to date in the system.
You help clean and maintain the installations and ensure everything is done according to the maintenance plan. You also work with internal transport equipment such as a forklift and pallet jack.

- Shift differential for 2-shift schedule: 112.5%

This is your workplace: you'll be working in a modern production facility in Gameren, as part of a team of 5 to 6 colleagues. The atmosphere is informal, and together you'll ensure a smooth production process. The team is dedicated and supports one another when needed, so everyone enjoys coming to work.
During the training period, you'll work day shifts starting around 7:00 AM. Once you're trained, you'll transition to a 2-, 3-, or 4-shift rotation. The shift schedules are as follows: 6:00 AM-3:30 PM, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM, and 10:00 PM-6:30 AM. Shift work naturally comes with additional pay.
