Wat je gaat doen As an administrative employee you are part of the logistics department. Together with your colleagues you are responsible for preparing all work instructions for the project engineers. Through your commitment and accuracy, you ensure that the mechanics in the cleanroom can get started with the correct work instruction packages.
Your duties include the following activities:

• collecting and preparing production guide cards
• preparing and printing technical drawings
• uploading files and documents
• archiving and storage of bills of materials and order letters
• assisting with order picking during busy periods

• A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,100 (based on 40 hours)
• 25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance
• €0.23/km travel allowance
• Full-time day shift (7:30 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.)

Functie-eisen We are looking for a hands-on team player who combines responsibility with accuracy.

• Experience in administration in a logistics department
• In short term fulltime available
• Knowledge of MS Office and good computer skills
• Experience with forklift and EPT that would be  plus
• Your own accommodation and transport
• Independent and precise working style
• Good command of English (Dutch is a plus).

Over het bedrijf You’ll be joining a hightech international company with a modern warehouse in Nijmegen. You will join a close-knit team in an organization where quality is key. The working atmosphere is professional but informal, and the location is easy to reach by car from Arnhem, Tiel, Oss, and nearby German cities such as Kleve or Goch.
