Wat je gaat doen As a Metalworking Production Worker, you are an important part of the production process. You will be responsible for finishing castings and making sure every product meets the required quality standards. Precision, craftsmanship and attention to detail are essential in this role.

You will work with modern techniques and various hand tools, including grinding and sanding equipment and chipping hammers. Together with your colleagues, you will make sure the finished products have a smooth, clean and professional appearance.

Your responsibilities:

• Finishing castings with 230 mm grinding discs and chipping hammers.
• Removing imperfections to achieve a smooth and professional finish.
• Checking the finish and overall quality of the castings.
• Working with grinding machines, sanding machines and chipping hammers.
• Keeping your workplace safe, clean and organized.You will join a committed team where craftsmanship, cooperation and safety are part of the daily way of working.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,195 based on a 40-hour working week (this is including ADV allowance).

You bring the following:

• Experience with grinding, sanding or similar work is an advantage.
• Experience operating an overhead crane is a strong advantage.
• A practical mindset and experience working with tools.
• A good eye for detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Good physical fitness and the motivation to work hard.
• The ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
• A good command of Dutch, English or German.
