As an Assembly Mechanic, you will be involved throughout the entire build process. From the first mechanical assembly to testing and final optimalization, you help build complete machines and make sure they are fully operational before they are shipped to the customer. You will assemble complete machines and production systems using technical drawings and work instructions,. You’ll also solve technical challenges during the assembly process and contribute ideas for improvements.
What makes this position unique is that you are not responsible for just one small part of a machine. Together with your team, you build complete high-tech machines from start to finish. Your work will ultimately be used by customers all over the world. You’ll also work in a day shift with a flexible start time. You can choose your own starting time between 06:00 and 08:30.
Your responsibilities:
- Building and assembling complete machines and production systems;
- Installing mechanical and mechatronic components;
- Working with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems;
- Testing, adjusting, and inspecting machines;
- Solving technical challenges during the assembly process;
- Contributing ideas for process improvements and more efficient working methods.
- Gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €4,500, including ADV allowance;
- Full-time position in day shift, with 32 hours per week also negotiable;
- Flexible starting hours between 06:00 and 08:30;
- 27 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 net per kilometre;

We ask for:
- A completed technical MBO Level 3 or 4 education, such as Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field;
- At least 3 years of experience in machine building, mechanical assembly, or a similar technical environment;
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings;
- Willingness to obtain a VCA certificate;
- Your own accommodation and transportation;
- Good technical insight and an accurate way of working;
- Good command of English or German, spoken and written;
- Dutch language skills at a minimum A2 level.
