What will your responsibilities be?
As finance establishment manager you will be supporting the acceleration in competitive growth that your new employer wants to establish. You will do this by, among other things:
- Coordinating in-flight and new programmes, creating a governance, cadence and discipline in the process and execution of the plans
- Translating in-flight, pipeline and scoped projects into concrete financial and organisational plans flowing into the BU P&L
- Coordinating interdependencies between different workstreams
- Supporting the creation of new Business cases when needed
- Holding project teams and leaders accountable to OTIF execution and delivery of projects
- Coordinating central governance meetings to ensure project delivery, opportunity and risks are reflected correctly (with stakeholders within the Ice-cream business-local/regional/global, as well as Unilever corporate centre teams)
- Managing budgets, control and governance of projects in flight
- Supporting the reporting structure (i.e. creation and maintenance of CCs etc)
