What you'll be doing
As project manager you will support the Finance Global Process Owner (GPO) and drive a successful and streamlined execution of the workstream. Your main responsibilities include, among other things:
Cross-process leadership and alignment:
- Ensuring alignment across R2R (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany), Tax (direct and indirect) and Treasury (cash management, payments, FX, bank connectivity)
- Making sure Finance Process Taxonomy (the backbone of all the company's work related to finance processes) is maintained, communicated on, and embedded into relevant applications
- Coordinating development and updates to Process Documentation in Signavio
- Supporting the development & maintenance of Target Operating Model (TOM)
- Maintaining an Interim Operating Model (IOM) while implementing an overall OPUS program via Waves
Project Timetable & Progress Management:
- Developing, owning and maintaining an End-to-End Workstream plan for the R2R/Tax/Treasury activities in Project OPUS
- Testing (System Integration and User Acceptance Testing) Master Data and Data Migration Cutover Hypercare Change and Communication
- Providing clear, accurate, and timely Progress monitoring & reporting to the Finance GPO and program leadership on a regular basis
- Working with the Business & System Integrator teams to enter our E2E Workstream plan in Project OPUS PM tool (Jira) and ensuring any changes to overall Project OPUS plans are fully and timely reflected in the Workstream plan
RAID & Dependency Management:
- Establishing and maintaining the RAID log for the workstream
- Proactively identifying, assessing, and escalating risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
- Managing interdependencies with other workstreams (FP&A and Supply Chain Finance, S2P, O2C and Data) to ensure seamless end-to-end integration
Change Control Management:
- Coordinating Change Control activities relating to the Project Scope, Design, Budget or Timeline that are relevant to R2R/Tax/Treasury workstream
- Documenting Exemption Requests including maintenance of an Exemptions log
- Presenting the documented Exemption Requests to Functional Leadersip (i.e. Group Controller and Tax & Treasury VP leadership teams) for approval and endorcement.
- Ensuring transparency of scope, cost, and timeline impacts and adherence to program change governance
