Your work includes:
- Coordinating orders from intake to delivery and invoicing
- Monitoring the supply chain and acting proactively when issues occur
- Aligning with internal teams such as production, logistics and finance
- Identifying customer needs and maintaining strong relationships
- Handling complaints and analysing root causes to prevent recurrence
- Managing financial discrepancies and processing credit notes
- Supporting month-end closing and ensuring data accuracy
- Contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes
- A salary starting from €3,445 per month, depending on experience
- 25 vacation days, holiday allowance, and a 13th-month bonus through a flexible budget
- A full-time position (40 hours per week)
- An 8-month contract with a strong possibility of extension
- Hybrid working after an onboarding period
- Responsibility for your own customer portfolio, with a high level of autonomy
