As a Customer Service & Aftersales Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting customers, consumers, and the internal sales team across several European markets. You'll be responsible for ensuring that after-sales requests are handled efficiently, repairs are coordinated correctly, and customers receive excellent service throughout the process.This is a varied role that combines customer service, administration, and light technical support.

• Provide customer support via phone and email for after-sales enquiries.
• Coordinate repair requests and prepare products for the repair process.
• Create and process repair orders while ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Handle return requests related to incorrect deliveries or order issues, working closely with the warehouse and sales teams.
• Register returned products in the ERP system and keep records accurate and up to date.
• Support customers with warranty claims and faulty product enquiries.
• Maintain after-sales documentation, product information, and spare parts data.
• Update product-related information in internal systems.
• Work closely with colleagues across different European countries to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Assist with other customer service and after-sales tasks whenever needed.

Requirements

• Around 2 years of experience in customer service, after sales, or order mangement.
• Fluent French (C2) and professional English. Any Dutch level is a big plus, but not required.
• Experience with repairs or troubleshooting is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with an ERP system such as SAP is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Someone who enjoys working in an international environment and collaborating with different teams.
• 40 hours per week availability - unfortunately we are not open for part-timers
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

• Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the onboarding period.
