As a heftruckchauffeur in dayshift, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes at Silgan Dispensing in Ede. You’ll work in a small team of 2–5 colleagues, collaborating closely with production operators to ensure that products are handled efficiently and safely. Your role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety and quality standards. With your expertise, you’ll help ensure that our products are ready for further processing or transport, supporting the overall success of our operations.
What You Will Do:
- wrap: pallets with foil and label them correctly for identification
- inspect: products for damages and quality deviations, and report findings
- load: finished products into shuttle trailers for efficient logistics handling
- refill: internal silos and prepare packaging materials for production
- assist: production operators when all logistics tasks are completed
