As a content website and operations lead, you will contribute to maintaining and improving the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of the content on our public website. This hands-on role combines digital editorial expertise with the coordination of website updates and improvements. You will work closely with internal teams, UX specialists, and external partners to ensure content is user-focused, aligned with brand standards, and optimized for performance. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, apply SEO best practices, and leverage analytics will be key to success in this role.
What You Will Do:
- Review and edit: website content to ensure clarity, tone consistency, accessibility, and SEO optimization.
- Coordinate: website change requests by defining requirements and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain: the website backlog, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely updates that meet agreed standards.
- Analyze: website performance using analytics and search data to identify opportunities for content and user experience improvements.
- Utilize: CMS, analytics, and AI tools to create, edit, and optimize content effectively.
- Temporary contract of 7 months starting 1 September, with outlook on a permanent role.
- Gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,800 based on a 36–40 hour workweek.
- Additional flexible budget on top of your salary.
- Hybrid working: about 2 fixed days per week in the office, the rest from home.

Experience & knowledge
- Significant professional experience in digital content and website management.
- Experience managing content for large or complex public websites.
- Experience with CMS, SEO, website analytics and accessibility.
- Experience working with technical and UX specialists.
- Strong project-management and organisational skills.
