• Responsible for Direct Customer Liaison and interface
• Responsible for Compliance with all UPS’ Service Level Agreements
• Responsible for correct reporting of performance and delivery of KPI’s
• Responsible for Business Intelligence, routing orders and station announcements
• Responsible for the delivery of Customer Signature on Memorandum of Understanding, Non Disclosure Agreement, Legal binding Contract, Master Operating Plan, Standard Operating Plans and/or Service Level Agreements as well as Tariff and Price Agreements
• Responsible to establish a continuous process of efficiency improvements based upon improved operations processes and systems functionalities
• Responsible for the provision of Root Cause and Preventative Corrective Actions for services tendered.
• Responsible for the correct hand-over of all customer responsibilities to Operations Management
• Responsible to Chair, minute and manage outputs to and from all Business MeetingsAanbod
