As a production worker in Arkel, you'll get the chance to learn the trade from A to Z. You'll receive thorough training from your colleagues in a friendly team of 8 to 14 people. Together, you make sure the production process runs smoothly. You'll work in a 2- or 3-shift system, which means you can work mornings, afternoons, or nights. What's unique about this role is that every week you can submit your availability-so you decide when you want to work!
Your tasks are nice and varied: packing products, adding caps or lids, monitoring the production line, and keeping your workspace tidy. Every two hours you'll switch stations, keeping your day dynamic with a mix of sitting and standing work. You'll also help out in other areas when needed.

- Salary up to €3,303 per month based on 40 hours (including shift allowance)
- Base salary of €2,598 per month (excluding allowances)
- Shift allowance of 13% for morning/afternoon or 27% for night shifts
- 8.33% holiday pay
