Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Guest Experience Staff member for Cirque du Soleil in The Hague.

As a Guest Experience Staff member, you are responsible for:

• Selling seat upgrades and lounge/VIP packages
• Selling tickets through Cirque du Soleil's ticketing system
• Answering visitor questions confidently and efficiently
• Helping visitors make purchasing decisions
• Following correct procedures for cash handling and completing daily transactions
• Identifying and resolving visitor concerns, requests, and complaints in a timely, polite, and informed manner
• Contributing to a customer-focused, safe, and organized work environment that promotes sales and quality
