Your Role
As QHSE Coordinator, you will be the local expert and first point of contact for all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental matters. You will spend a significant amount of time on the work floor, working closely with colleagues, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
You will be the dedicated QHSE professional at the Tilburg site, giving you the opportunity to take ownership, make decisions and drive improvements independently. At the same time, you will be part of an international QHSE network where knowledge sharing, collaboration and support are encouraged. You will report directly to the Facility Manager.
You understand that creating a safe workplace is about more than procedures—it is about engaging people, influencing behaviour and building a culture where quality and safety are everyone's responsibility.
What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with internal QHSE policies, procedures and standards.
- Identify operational risks, incidents and improvement opportunities, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E) action plan.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits and inspections.
- Represent the organization during customer, certification and regulatory audits.
- Prepare reports and translate findings into practical improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver QHSE training sessions, toolbox talks and awareness programs.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and safety throughout the organization.
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to improve operational performance.

What You Bring
- Experience in a QHSE role, preferably within a logistics or warehouse environment.
- Bachelor's level working and thinking ability.
- Experience developing and maintaining practical QHSE procedures.
- Knowledge of relevant QHSE legislation, standards and management systems.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Safety Management Systems (SMS) is an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken. Dutch is considered an advantage.
- A relevant QHSE qualification.
- Auditor certification or the willingness to obtain one.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
- The ability to work independently while building strong relationships across departments.
