At least mbo 4 level of working and thinking (secondary vocational education) Experience as a mechanic in a similar industrial environment is a plus Willingness to attend internal training and courses Able to work well under time pressure and quickly set priorities Solution-oriented and affinity with technology Welding experience is an advantage Skilled with electrical and hand tools Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written Flexible for 3-shift work
