What will you do? As a Back Office Coordinator at Samsung SDS, you are responsible for daily order management and transport planning. You ensure that orders are processed and shipped on time and that customers receive timely and proactive updates regarding their shipments. You are the first point of contact for customers regarding orders and transport planning related topics. You also act as the first escalation point for customers, carriers and colleagues during daily operations.
