As a Warehouse Planner, you are responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring daily warehouse operations. You will analyze workloads, staffing requirements and operational priorities to ensure all activities are completed efficiently and on time.
Your responsibilities include:
- Planning and coordinating daily warehouse activities;
- Releasing work orders in line with operational priorities;
- Analyzing orders, inventory levels and workforce requirements;
- Monitoring operational performance and identifying bottlenecks;
- Solving planning issues and implementing effective solutions;
- Preparing reports and recommending process improvements;
- Communicating with customers, carriers and suppliers;
- Supporting inventory and location management activities when required;

Working hours are based on a two-shift schedule:
- 06:00 - 14:30
- 13:30 - 22:00
Depending on operational demands, the afternoon shift may occasionally be extended until 00:00.
