Logistics Employee (Night Shift)
For a production company in the food industry, we are looking for a logistics employee for the night shift. In this role, you ensure everything is prepared for transport and support the logistics process where needed. A hands-on job with a good mix of warehouse work and driving.
What will you do?
You will work in the night shift from approximately 00:00 to 08:00, with varied tasks:
Until around 05:00 you work on site:
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Preparing orders for shipment
- Supporting drivers
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized
After 05:00 you go on the road independently:
- Driving short routes with a delivery van (B driver’s license)

Wie ben je?What do we expect from you as a logistics employee?
- Willingness to work full-time in the night shift
- A valid driver’s license B (preferred)
- Available on Saturdays (one Saturday off every 5 weeks; shift ends in the morning)
We are looking for someone who likes to get things done and enjoys physical work. You work independently but also together with colleagues to keep the logistics process running smoothly. Reliability and flexibility are important due to the night shifts and your role in daily transport.
Wat mag je verwachten?- A long-term position
- A salary starting from €17.17 gross per hour (excluding allowances), depending on age and experience
- Shift allowances:
- Evening: 134%
- Night (until 04:00): 137%
- Saturday after 18:00: 200% - Travel allowance
- 25 vacation days per year plus 2 additional extra-statutory days
