As an All-round Moxy Crew Member, no two days are the same. This dynamic role combines different areas of the hotel, giving you the opportunity to be involved in everything from guest service to F&B. You will work a mix of morning and evening shifts, with flexibility based on your preferences and operational needs.

What your day will look like:Deliver outstanding and memorable guest experiences together with your team
Handle all guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Process payments, including resolving late or disputed charges
Respond to guest calls, messages, requests, and questions
Provide information about the hotel and local hotspots
Prepare and serve food & beverages, making recommendations when appropriate
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following HACCP standards
