• You have MBO-level education or an equivalent level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical field.
• Experience as an Operator, Process Operator or Production Operator.
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills.
• Availability for a 3-shift schedule.
• Own accomodation and transportation.
• Good command of the English language to understand safety instructions.
• Focus on quality, safety and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Motivation to learn and develop new skills.
