For the role of Benefits Delivery Solutions Analyst we are looking for someone with the following experiences:
- Education on Bachelors/Masters Degree level;
- At least 2 to 4 years of previous experience with Human Resources Operations is required;
- You must have strong vendor management experience as well as affinity with HRMS systems (Workday is a pré);
- It is crucial to have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude;
- Team player who easily adapts to a dynamic and changing environment;
- Strong communication skills to connect and partner with the various Nike departments;
- Fluent in English;
- Another key location language (French, Spanish, Dutch or German) is a pré).
As Nike's HR Benefits Delivery Solutions Analyst, you will contribute to the administration of benefits programs for one or more countries in EMEA. We are particularly looking for someone with affinity for process improvements and system enhancements. Within the Benefits Delivery Solutions Team you will provide high level support to internal Nike customers as well as external vendors. Involvement in the roll out of new Benefit programs, like a Pension plan, in partnership with our Benefits COE may also be in the scope of this position.
Below you will find some of your tasks:
- Process Management: Perform complex Benefits data-related changes that require knowledge and ensure data accuracy in Workday. Handle situations that require complex research, auditing and detailed knowledge of applicable area to resolve issues.
- Coordinate work of external vendors and track performance. Interprets customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard requests involving all necessary stakeholders.
- Deliver service excellence to employees by responding in a professional, accurate manner to all calls, emails and CRM Tool issues concerning Benefit programs. Communicate updates to all stakeholders to ensure workflow of data.
- Includes submitting all information changes to Data Management/Payroll via appropriate format (forms, email, systematically, etc.) to facilitate entry in HR systems. Explains difficult issues and works to build consensus.
- Proces improvement: Active contributor to continuous process improvement, relevant and effective knowledge data base and adequate utilization of HR systems and tools;
- Applies best practices and knowledge of internal/external business challenges to improve products, processes or services (Recommends change to metrics, service level agreements with vendors and vendor relationship improvements based on analysis).
- Responsible for account reconciliation of all payments made from the benefit plans. Ensures accuracy of vendor invoices and payments are delivered to vendors on time.
- Projects: participate in projects as a functional expert, for example connected to payroll.

You will report to the Benefits Delivery Solutions Manager EMEA and will be part of the Benefits Delivery Solutions EMEA team. You will work with different stakeholders and vendors, for an example a health care insurance and pension.
Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
