Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of critical infrastructure systems (power, cooling, HVAC)
- Coordinate shift planning, technician tasking, and team performance
- Oversee vendor maintenance, customer installations, and system upgrades
- Monitor SLA performance and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Maintain documentation, site audits, and operational reporting
- Support technician onboarding, training, and development
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in critical environments (data centers, industrial, utilities)
- HBO degree or equivalent technical background
- Knowledge of UPS, HVAC, CRAC, generators, and low/high-voltage systems
- Relevant HVAC or critical power certifications preferred
- Right to work in the Netherlands
Salary:
- Up to €75,000 gross per year
