What will your tasks be?
- Help Finnish customers with questions via phone, email, and live chat;
- Review and categorize content based on platform guidelines;
- Resolve payment issues and manage user accounts effectively;
- Provide feedback to team leaders to improve internal systems;
- Keep the knowledge base updated with the latest information;
- Collaborate with international colleagues to deliver excellence.
Who are you?
You are a communicative talent who is fluent in Finnish and proficient in English. Helping people gives you energy, and you take ownership of your work. You are at least 18 years old and hold an EU passport. Being flexible is second nature to you, as you thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable working in shifts. You have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role and are ready to relocate for at least twelve months.

- A gross monthly salary of € 2,166.67 (Malta) or € 1,300,- with 14 salaries per year (Athens);
