Core responsibilities:
Manage individual bookings requests for Crowne Plaza Amsterdam South and voco The Hague via phone, email and distribution channels.
Monitor room inventory and rate availability in coordination with Revenue Management
Proceed with inquiries handling and reservations as needed.
Upsell room categories and additional services to maximize revenue per booking.
Process cancellations, amendments, and no-shows in line with hotel policy.
Maintain detailed and accurate guest profiles and preferences.
Ensure compliance with brand standards and reservation procedures.
Process advance deposits on reservations.
Join revenue calls and revenue meetings.
Guest Satisfaction:
Provide clear, accurate, and engaging information about rooms, services, and facilities.
Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally (email response time aligned with brand standards).
Teamwork:
Ensure seamless communication of special requests to Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B by Managing PMS (Opera) bookings 'update and traces for both properties in a timely manner supporting efficient internal communication and guests experience.
Maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction through actively communicating with the guests before, during and after the stay.
Participating in Site inspections for meeting and events and client facing appointments
