With over 700 employees in 8 countries Business Unit Cheese and Powder Systems develops, delivers and facilitates a competitive portfolio of process solutions for the Food Industry in close cooperation with the Tetra Pak Market organisations.

Within our Services organization for the Business Unit Powder Evaporating & Drying, we are looking for a professional and experienced colleague to fulfil the role of a Sales Support Specialist Powder - Evaporation & Drying.

The position is based in Heerenveen, Netherlands.

• Manage Upgrade inquiries from understanding customer needs to selling the solution in close cooperation with the Market organisations
• Ensure our customers are satisfied and take action when needed to make things right.
• Build up relationships with your partners in Market organisations to continually develop knowledge, skills, and confidence, while holding the team accountable for performance
• BS Services point of contact for Market organisations regarding upgrades business in assigned markets
• Make regular joint customer visits with the Services Account Manager team to foster a relationship with key customers and to provide them with Evaporation & Drying Expertise.
• Actively participate in the development of Evaporation & Drying Upgrades business
• Support in introduction and implementation of the Evaporation & Drying Upgrade portfolio with Market organisations and customers.
• Execute small upgrade projects in the role of project manager
• Provide support to secure fast issue resolution and appropriate communication
• Gather market intelligence and formulate proposals for new upgrade products
• Act in a safe manner and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, automation or dairy processing engineering or similar suitable education and/or experience
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, ideally in the food or dairy industry.
• 3 years sales experience in technology industry will be a plus
• Customer-focused and results-driven with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
• Practical and hands-on approach with strong accountability and teamwork
• Proven track record in meeting activity or financial targets under pressure
• Industry knowledge in food processing equipment; experience with Tetra Pak Evaporation and Drying is a plusGood verbal, written & computer communication skills are essential
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required
• Willingness to travel as required (typically around 15-20%)
