Front Office Night Employee
As a Front Office Night Employee, you are the one who keeps an eye on the hotel during the nightly hours. You are the to-go person for all questions of the guests and the superstar who helps them when necessary.
Tasks & responsibilities
Checking in- and out of the guest;
Answering questions and remarks from our guests;
Safety checks throughout the hotel;
Administrative tasks that belong to the front office.
Who are you?
You are a true night owl and come to life when (almost) everyone is in a deep sleep. You don't mind working all alone and are a responsible and proactive person.
In addition to above, we also have a few other qualities that we are looking for:
You speak English fluently. Dutch is an pré;
You live in or close to Amsterdam or Amstelveen;
You are guest orientated, representative and independent;
You have experience within the front office of a hotel or you have the ambition to learn this;
You don't mind working from 23:00 PM till 7:00 AM.
Besides these qualities you are also a real Daymaker.
